Rahul Sharma, a 26-year-old engineer from Punjab cleared the UPSC civil services exam 2016 and secured a commendable all India rank of 76.

In the previous two attempts, he had not even cleared the UPSC prelims.

But UPSC topper Rahul Sharma would not give up and persisted, and the results are for all to see.

This was Sharma’s third attempt in the civil services exam.
