Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University administers the university-level Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE). For applicants seeking admission to one of the 4 Amrita University campuses’ B.Tech. Programmes in a variety of streams, the exam will be administered in parts. Additionally, the University will grant admission to its Engineering programme based on JEE Main, SAT, and PUEE scores. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will fill its BTech seats based on the results of the AEEE, JEE Mains, SAT, and PUEEE exams. 70% of the seats in each branch are open to applicants with the AEEE 2022 level. 25% of the available seats are reserved for those who received good scores in JEE Mains 2022. For 3% of the open seats, applicants with valid SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) results are given preference. Furthermore, 2% of the available seats are reserved for applicants having good PUEEE results.

What is the AEEE Exam?
The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham administers the Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE). Every year, the engineering entrance exam is held to admit students to the 4-year B.Tech programme. Based on the rank obtained in the Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam 2022 or by the rank obtained in the JEE Mains 2022 in any of the four sessions, the courses are offered at its campuses in Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Amaravati and Coimbatore. According to their performance on the entrance exam, candidates who meet the requirements for AEEE 2022 will be offered admission to the University’s BTech programmes through counselling. Three phases of the AEEE were held in April, May, and June 2022. Candidates can attend the exam in April, May, or June. The AEEE is conducted at more than 90 centres spread across the country.

AEEE Application Form
Interested applicants can login to the official website, amrita.edu/btech, to submit their online applications. To submit the application form, candidates must fill out personal information and academic profile. Candidates must select one of AEEE 2022, JEE Mains or PUEE while deciding on the admissions method. Fill out the exam centre, date, and slot information if you’ve chosen AEEE 2022. Candidates need to fill in the information from their JEE scorecard if they want to take admission via JEE Main. AEEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must adhere to the following requirements to qualify for the AEEE 2022 entrance exam:
- Age: Eligible AEEE candidates must have been born on or after July 1, 2000.
- Education: Graduated with a minimum of 55% in each of the three subjects – Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and an aggregate average of 60% in these three subjects in the 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent.
- Candidates seeking admission based on their performance on the Pearson UG Entrance Examination must have a minimum combined score of 75% in PCM and not less than 75% in Mathematics.
AEEE 2022 Syllabus
The AEEE 2022 syllabus covers topics from Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics, and questions will be asked about these topics. It’s crucial to solve the AEEE sample questions to improve applicants’ time management abilities, accuracy, speed, and efficiency to make them ready for the AEEE 2022 entrance exam.
AEEE Pattern
There are two ways to take the entrance exam for engineering programmes: computer-based test (CBT) and paper-and-pencil test (PPT). The computer-based exams will be offered over 8 days, with three slots per day. Pen and paper tests (PPT) will be given only in Tamil Nadu, in a single slot, on a single day. The AEEE consists of 100 questions, each worth three points. Two hours and thirty minutes are allotted for the exam. There will be multiple-choice questions in the exam. It evaluates the candidate’s knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. As a negative marking, one mark will be subtracted for each incorrect answer.
AEEE Admit Card
The hall tickets/admit cards for AEEE 2022 will be made available in the first week of May or June 2022. After the slot reservation process, candidates who selected the computer-based test can download their AEEE admission card. Candidates who registered for the pen-and-paper mode exam can access their admit card by visiting the official website and entering their application number and birthdate.
AEEE 2022 Results
The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducted the AEEE 2022 exam from July 29 to July 31. The authorities declared the first phase of the AEEE 2022 results on June 30. Through the dashboard of the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP), applicants can view the AEEE results. The registration number/email and date of birth are the login credentials needed to access the AEEE exam results. The AEEE 2022 results will feature the specifics of the candidate’s AEEE exam results along with other personal information. The Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam 2022 rank list will be made public by the authorities following the completion of all sessions. The AEEE rank list date for 2022 will be revealed soon. Candidates considered qualified, following the publication of the AEEE 2022 results, may take part in the AEEE counselling procedure.
The AEEE 2022 Phase 2 results have been released by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on its website, amrita.edu. From August 7 onwards, the authorities have also started the CSAP registration process.
AEEE Cutoff 2022
Candidates will be able to know their final rankings, which will enable them to estimate the chances of getting admission through the AEEE cutoff of 2022. The cutoff for AEEE 2022 will be decided after considering the level of difficulty of the exam, exam trends from previous years, and other factors. Admission will be based on the AEEE rankings.
