Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, determine staffing needs, screening resumes. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

Support, design, build and test various functionalities of Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding to meet business processes and application requirements.Should have knowledge on data models, Foundation Objects, Picklist Management, Workflows, Adhoc reporting, Understanding of Cut-over activities, Employee profile and HRIS Sync, Meta Data Framework, Business Rules, document generation and Position Management.
