State Bank Of India (SBI) is a government owned corporation it is an Indian multinational, public sector banking and financial services company. The SBI Exam is conducted every year for the recruitment of eligible candidates for the Clerk post. The notification for this year is out and the date for online registration starts from April.

SBI PO Recruitment Examination 2017: Revised Examination Pattern

State Bank Of India (SBI) has revised the examination for the Probationary Officer which is going to begin in April 2017. As per the State Bank of India (SBI), the recruitment procedure which is an online recruitment process, will have three phases, instead of the earlier two phases. Hence in accordance with which the candidates have to change their preparation strategy too.

SBI PO Preliminary Examination Pattern 2017:

The Preliminary Examination is an online objective test consist of 100 questions and having total marks of 100. The exam duration of the Preliminary examination is 1 hour, it has three sections:

Here, the candidates should qualify in each section and should also qualify the overall cutoff mark too.

SBI PO Mains Objective Examination Pattern:

The Mains examination consists of 200 questions each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the examination is 2 hours and there is a total of 4 sections each having 50 marks.

SBI PO Main Descriptive Test Exam Pattern:

The SBI PO Main Descriptive Syllabus consists of English Language test, which has questions related to Letter writing, Précis Writing, Essay and this will be conducted online worth 50 marks.

Candidates have to qualify the Main examination followed by the GD and Interview, separately to be considered for the final selection.
