Delhi Public School or abbreviated as DPS is one of the popular and esteemed school in India. Founded in the year 1949 by then educational Reverend James Douglas Tytler at Mathura road. DPS Mathura Road is the first DPS ever formed, followed by Delhi Public School R K Puram.

Delhi Public School is committed in providing quality education to each and every child studying there. Delhi Public School have an unidirectional teaching method that co-ordinate initiating work, nurturing the love of studies eliminating the phobia of homework assignments and examinations. The carry over of assignments is meant to hone the student for more engaging and collaborative environment in the classroom. DPS follows the curriculum prescribed by NCERT.

Students have many subjects to choose from after the tenth board exam starting from Humanities to Psychology.
