The result of UGC NET 2018 has been published by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) today. This is the first time CBSE has released the UGC exam result within the same month of conducting the examination. Candidates appeared for the examinations can now check their result through the official CBSE website“cbsenet.nic.in” and also at “cbseresults.nic.in”. Last Year CBSE UGC NET answer key were released on 24th July and the candidates were given till 27th July 2017 to challenge the answer key. If anyone wants to challenge the CBSE, they can send their queries to “net@cbse.gov.in”.
This year UGC NET was conducted on 8th July 2018 and a re-exam on 22nd July. Candidates who have cleared the paper are eligible for junior fellowship or can be considered for the post of assistant professor.
Steps to Check CBSE UGC NET 2018 Results
Step 1 : Visit any of the above mentioned websites or you can visit to “cbsenet.nic.in”.
Step 2: Click on “ CBSE – UGC NET EXAMINATION RESULT- JULY 2018”.
Step 3: Enter Your Application Number, Your Roll Number and Date of Birth.
Step 3: Click on Submit. The result will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Download the result and take a printout for further reference.
This year 11,48,235 candidates appeared for the examination. From the next year onwards, the UGC NET examination would be conducted by the newly formed National Testing Agency (NTA).
