The CBSE has officially announced the beginning of the online registration process for classes 9 and 11 for the upcoming academic year. This notification is related to those CBSE schools which are affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. As per the official notification, all the schools affiliated with CBSE must register themselves before proceeding with the online submission. They can use the Affiliation Number and password as per the user ID that is available to them.
The official notification states that the affiliated schools have been mandated to enter the Aadhaar Number of all its students. Wherever the Aadhaar number is not available, the adhaar enrollment number can be provided. Places where the enrollment number has not been done, can submit the Bank details in lieu of Aadhaar.
The candidates who have registered for class IX from the academic year 2017-2018 will have a mandatory Board examination in Class X. The CBSE has remodeled the assessment system for the class X exam, as there will be 80 Marks for the theory exam and 20 marks for the internal assessment. A minimum passing of 33% is required for theory and internal assessment, separately.
The candidates can get more details about the notification from the cbse official website i.e. cbse.nic.in. The CBSE schools should register before the last day to avoid the cost of the late registration fee.
