BSF Tradesman Exam - Notification, Dates, Vacancy

BSF Tradesman 2023 recruitment has been announced to recruit eligible candidates for 1284 vacancies (1220 vacancies for MALE candidates and 64 Vacancies for FEMALE candidates). BSF Tradesman

BSF Tradesman 2023 will be organized by the Border Security Force wherein the candidates will be shortlisted through Written Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, Trade Test, and Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The written examination shall be either a Computer Based Test or OMR based.

The questions in the BSF Tradesman exam shall be bilingual i.e. in Hindi and English. The positions like Cobbler, Washer Man, Tailor, Waiter, Water Carrier, Sweeper, and Cook will be filled through BSF Tradesman 2023 recruitment.

BSF Tradesman Eligibility

• They must qualify trade test orgainsed by the recruitment board.

For the positions of Water Carrier, Cook, and Waiter:

• Candidates should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• They should have completed the course of National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 1 in Kitchen or food production from National Skill Development Corporation or from the Institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.

BSF Tradesman Physical Standards

BSF Tradesman Age Limit

The minimum age to apply for the BSF Tradesman is 18 years, whereas the maximum is 25 years. Candidates belonging to the reserved category shall be eligible for age relaxation as per the instructions released by the Central Government.

BSF Tradesman Application Form

The application form for BSF Tradesman 2023 was available from 27 February 2023 to 27 March 2023. The application process comprises several stages such as registration, filling the application form, fee payment, uploading required documents, and final submit.
