BVP CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Below are the BVP CET 2023 eligibility criteria.
The applicants must have cleared the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSCE), or an exam equivalent to the HSC or 10+2, from a recognised board, university, school or college.
The applicants must have studied in institutions located in India, where Mathematics and Physics are mandatory subjects with either Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Information Technology/Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subject/Agriculture/Informatics Practices/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies, and scored at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in the case of students belonging to backward class categories, economically weaker sections and persons with disability category).

Completed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and earned at least 45% (at least 40% marks in the case of students belonging to backward class categories, economically weaker sections and persons with disability category).
Candidates whose results for qualifying exams, such as HSC, have not yet been released but who are expected to appear or who have already appeared will also be considered eligible for appearing in BVP CET 2023, provided they have studied the subjects mentioned above and should present their HSC grade certificates and mark sheets when appearing for BVP CET 2023 counselling.
BVP CET 2023 Exam Pattern
The BVP CET 2023 is a computer-based online entrance exam for admission to the B.Tech programme. It is a 200 marks computer-based online entrance exam. The duration of the BVP CET 2023 is for three hours. The question paper features 200 multiple-choice questions with four possible answers. The candidate must choose the correct answer among the given options. The exam will be conducted in the English language. One mark will be awarded for each accurate answer, and no negative marking will be involved. There will be 80 Maths questions, 60 Physics questions, and 60 Chemistry questions. These questions will be based on the BVP CET syllabus as decided by the authorities.

BVP CET 2023 Application Form
The BVP CET 2023 application form is available on the official website. On the official website, students can apply online for both rounds of the BVP CET 2023. Before applying for the exam, interested applicants must review the BVP CET 2023 eligibility requirements. Candidates must fill out the BVP CET 2023 application form and upload a passport-size photograph and signature as per the prescribed format. Before submitting the BVP CET application form, students must pay the application fee online.
Applicants must submit the completed application form online, on or before the deadline specified on the official website. The candidates must ensure that all the information entered is accurate before submitting the application form. For reference and as a record, the applicant should take a printout of the completed BVP CET 2023 application form and payment receipt.
The applications will be rejected if any information in the application form is found invalid.
NOTE: Under no circumstances, request for a change in the exam date or the exam centre be considered.
BVP CET 2023 Admit Card
The BVP CET admit cards will be made available on the official website seven days before the entrance test. The applicants must enter their login credentials to download their BVP CET hall tickets/admit cards.
The candidates can choose the date they want to attempt the computer-based online entrance test. No candidate will be allowed to enter the entrance test venue after the scheduled examination commencement time.
The BVP admit card is a must document for appearing for Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Common Entrance Test. For the computer-based online entrance test, students must bring their admit cards to the test centre. No candidate will be allowed without BVP CET 2023 admit card/hall ticket. Additionally, the applicant must bring one of the original photo identification cards, i.e. driving licence, passport, PAN card, voter ID or Aadhar card.
BVP CET 2023 Result
A single merit list of qualified students will be announced on the date of declaration of the BVP CET 2023 result. There will be a declaration of the combined merit list for both colleges. For the regular category and the Foreign/NRI/PIO/OCI/Institutional quota merit category, separate merit lists will be released.
Based on the total marks secured by the candidates in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, a combined merit list of all the computer-based online entrance tests of BVP CET 2023 will be created.
The merit list of BVP CET 2023 will be declared and displayed at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be-University), College of Engineering, Dhankawadi, Pune – 411043.
BVP CET 2023 Counselling
According to the combined merit list compiled by Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be-University), Pune, the applicants would be given seats in the college of their choice and the course that they would want to study depending upon the availability of the seat at the specific college and the specific programme. The candidate’s rank on the merit list will determine if they are summoned for counselling. During the counselling process, the University will assign seats based on merit as well as course and college availability.
Following the publication of the results and the merit list, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University will let applicants participate in BVP CET 2023 counselling. On-the-spot selection invitation letters are extended to the first 5000 candidates in the BVP CET 2023 merit list. Candidates who have completed and submitted the BVP CET 2023 application form online and whose name appears within the top 3000 positions on the merit list will have the counselling invitation letters sent to them.
It will be the sole responsibility of the candidates to see the result and confirm their merit number. The candidate should bring proof of having appeared for the computer-based online entrance test, like admit card or photocopy of the BVP CET 2023 application form/demand draft etc., for the counselling session.
The counselling session will be conducted at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be-University), College of Engineering, Pune Satara Road, Dhankawadi, Pune – 411043.
NOTE: The candidates should remain present for the personal interview (counselling) and for on-the-spot admission, if eligible, even though they do not receive any intimation letter from the University.
