GEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Prior to applying for the Galgotias University B.Tech programme, students are required to know the eligibility criteria completely.
- Candidates should have cleared Class 12 from a recognised central/state board.
- Students should have cleared Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM. Students should also have obtained a minimum of 50% in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry individually.
- Applicants appearing for the Class 10+2 examination can also apply for GEEE.
Eligibility criteria for lateral entry candidates
Candidates must have completed a diploma course from an AICTE recognised institute in a relevant engineering/technology department with a minimum CGPA of 6 or 60%.
Or
Candidates must have completed a B.Sc. degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognised university and cleared Class 12 with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Eligibility criteria for candidates migrating from other universities.
- Candidates must have completed a 1st-year B.Tech/BE degree with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.
- Candidates should have completed Class 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics, and Maths combination and should have secured a minimum of 65%.
GEEE 2023 Application Form
As we know, to apply for any undergraduate or postgraduate course at Galgotias University, it is essential to fill out and submit the GEEE 2023 application form. Students must be aware that the GEEE application form is only available on the official website (online). Using a valid email ID and mobile number, students must register themselves before filling out the GEEE application.
Fill out the application form with relevant and valid information since the information filled is verified by the authorities, and the University reserves the right to reject the GEEE application if not authentic.
Upload the scanned image according to the prescribed format and pay the application fee to complete the process. INR 650 should be paid to the University as GEEE 2023 application fees. Application fees can be paid through various gateways like PayTM wallet/debit card/credit card/net banking etc.
GEEE 2023 Admit Card
A few days prior to the entrance exam, the admission cards for the GEEE Examination will be released. Candidates can enter the examination room only with a GEEE admit card. The crucial details about the test will be printed on the GEEE admit card. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website of the University.
Note that the Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination admit card is the authorisation to appear for GEEE. Without the admit card, students cannot take up the examination.

GEEE 2023 Result
The GEEE 2023 result is declared on the official website as per the examination events schedule. Candidates will be able to check the result by visiting the official website. The link to check the result will be available on the official portal of the University. Candidates must login into the Galgotias website using their credentials to check the GEEE 2023 result. Qualified candidates in the GEEE will be called for counselling.
GEEE 2023 Counselling
Based on the ranks obtained by candidates in the GEEE, qualified students are listed on the merit list prepared by the authorities. The eligible students are allowed to take part in the counselling process. The documents verification, filling of choice, seat allotment and the payment of fees are some of the processes involved in the GEEE 2023 counselling.

GEEE 2023 Scholarship
To encourage bright minds and to provide education to deserving students, Galgotias University is providing scholarships to qualified meritorious candidates.
Scholarship Amount
- 100% scholarship on tuition fees is provided for the toppers of all universities/boards.
- 50% scholarship on tuition fees for students securing up to 4000th rank in the JEE examination.
- 25% scholarship on tuition fees for students securing 93% aggregate/PCM and above in Class 12 or 80% marks or above in graduation.
- 20% scholarship on tuition fees for students securing a minimum of 60% in CAT or above 600 marks in MAT.
- 20% scholarship on tuition fees for meritorious LSAT-qualified students.
- 5% scholarship on tuition fees for students admitted through CUET (Common University Entrance Test).
