North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology is a Deemed University u/s 3 of the UGC Act 1956. NERIST is administered under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. NERIST was established in the year 1983 by the Government of India. Its foundation stone was laid by the former President of India, Late Gyani Zail Singh, on 4th March 1984. The University is on National Highway 415 at Nirjuli (Itanagar) in the Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh.
North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology Entrance Exam (NEE) 2023 is conducted at three levels – NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III. It is conducted for admissions to certificate module, degree module of engineering & technology, and degree module of forestry stream through NEE-II (PCB). NERIST offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees for various courses. NEE 2023 Dates
NEE is an offline examination organised once a year by the NERIST. The notification for NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III is announced on the official website and in the newspaper. Students are advised to check the notification by NERIST University web portal regularly.

NEE 2023 Application Form
NEE 2023 application is issued online. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as they appear in the instruction panel. Applicants can fill up the entire form in one session or enter one part of the information and save and complete the same at a later stage for their convenience. Applicants must fill and submit the NEE 2023 application form within the prescribed date and time. A unique registration number is generated after submission of the NEE 2023 application form. Candidates must check the information entered before submitting the application form. Any error or misleading information is liable to rejection of candidature at any stage.
A recent scanned passport-size colour photograph and signature will be uploaded while filling the NEE application form along with NET/GATE/CAT/MAT/SLET/M.Phil/Lecturer fellowship score card or certificate along with caste certificate.
NOTE: A copy of the submitted online application form is to be retained by the applicant.

NEE 2023 Syllabus
The syllabus of the three exams will vary depending on the course applied. The NEE 1 exam is given to individuals who want to enrol in certification programmes. The syllabus for this exam mostly consists of material from the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics sections of Class 10. Topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at the 10+2 level will be covered in NEE 2 and NEE 3. Along with these, students must also study vocational subjects.

The admit cards for NEE 2023 are released online by the authorities. To download the admit card, applicants should enter their user ID and password on the official website.
