SRMC 2022 Documents for Admission Process

Below are the documents required for the SRMC admission process. Two copies of all the below-mentioned documents should be submitted at the time of the SRMC 2022 admission process.

  1. Birth certificate.
  2. Allotment letter issued by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi.
  3. NEET (UG) – 2021 admit card issued by NTA.
  4. NEET (UG) – 2022 result/rank letter issued by NTA.
  5. HSC or equivalent mark statement.
  6. NRI candidates who have passed the 12th Grade diploma from the US should have passed Biology (Botany and Zoology), Physics, Chemistry, and English) in 11th and 12th grade.
  7. Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
  8. Class 10 mark sheet/grade statement.
  9. Transfer certificate/migration certificate and conduct certificate.
  10. Community certificate, if applicable.
  11. Copy of Aadhaar card (self-attested).
  12. Four passport size & two stamp size colour photographs of the candidate (same as in NEET – UG admit card photograph); one passport size photograph of the candidate’s father and mother and a passport size photograph of the local guardian, if applicable.

Note: Scanned copy of all the documents mentioned above should be kept handy.

  1. OCI card holders, even if they opt to come under the general category, must submit their OCI card copies and passport (originals), for the record.
  2. Passport with VISA/OCI/PIO card applicable to NRI/Foreign candidates only.

The list of additional documents to be produced by NRI-sponsored candidates is mentioned below.

  • Notarised affidavit of the sponsorer who is an NRI stating that the candidate is his/her relative (mentioning exact relationship) and that the sponsor has already extended financial support to the candidate to pursue his/her studies and that the sponsorer agrees to sponsor the entire fee for the undergraduate course/program to which the candidate has now applied for.
  • A certificate issued by the Indian embassy to the sponsor certifying the sponsor’s status as an NRI, and indicating his/her employment/occupation details, including annual income.
  • A copy of the passport and visa of the sponsor.
  • Certificate issued by any gazetted officer of state/central government stating the relationship of the NRI sponsor with the candidate.

Note: Candidates without the original certificates/documents shall not be allowed to take admissions to the medical/dental college allotted.
