IIMs Cut-Offs for CAT Candidates

Every year Top B schools change their CAT cut-offs. The MBA aspirants often get in a soup where to go for after CAT. It is merely the first benchmark for the management aspirants. The real work starts with Written Aptitude Test and Personal Interview.

There is at least one more test to pass for each of the IIMs before landing that desired seat at IIM. The IIMs conduct a Written Aptitude Test followed by a Personal Interview after the CAT exam.

Admission and Selection Process:

The shortlisted candidates will be called in for the Written Aptitude test and Personal Interview process by the IIMs directly. The criteria for shortlisting the students varies from IIM to IIM. The process usually includes a Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interviews (PI). Class 10th and 12th Result and Work experience are also referred by certain IIMs.

Documentation requirement:

If the shortlisted student has been called for, they will need to show their original documentation of the following:

  • Marksheet and degree certificates
  • Reservation category requirements
  • Final year of graduation certificate
