Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are one of the most prestigious B-schools across the world. An in India is considered to be the temple for management and business studies. To get into an IIM is like stepping into a world’s dream college.

Qualification Requirement & Eligibility for Indian Students
To get into IIM one has to be graduated from the recognized university. For Indian students, it is mandatory to qualify Common Aptitude Test (CAT) and needs to attain more marks than the cut-offs generated by the admission faculty. As CAT is the common entrance test created by the IIM faculty. They also look for no or less work experience of the Indian candidates. After the immediate completion of undergraduate studies, you can also apply for the IIMs.
For Executive MBA or EMBA, the candidate has to go through a working experience of five years. It is mandatory.
Qualification Requirement & Eligibility for NRIs and International Students
There is always an ambiguity regarding whether IIMs accept GMAT score or not? We’re clearly explaining that Yes, they accept but only for the Non-resident Indians (NRIs) and for the students who belong to different countries. They acquire NRIs or international students to a particular number, after accepting the candidature of Indian candidates.
In PGDM course, for NRIs and international students, no work experiences are required. They can thoroughly apply to the course.
However in EMBA, along with the GMAT score you have to exhibit at least five years of experiences you gained throughout the years from the organizations.
