Improve vocabulary:

Your vocabulary knowledge is also sure to be tested during the exam and this is one of the aspects which many aspirants of the exam find utmost difficulty with. However, it is also easy to enhance your knowledge learning these new words by adopting certain strategies. One of the best ways to work on your vocabulary is to use flashcards or apps which assist you to learn etymology (origin) of the word and the context in which it is used. When you understand the meaning of these words you could even rephrase them in your own words so that it will help you recall them in a better manner. You can learn these on a regular basis and start using it in your daily conversations as well. Another technique you can use is to surround yourself with these new words either at your workplace or at your home so that you are in constant touch with them. Using Mnemonics is one more technique which will help you recollect the words you have learned. For example – using the first letters in the word to frame a sentence which you won’t forget (it need not always make complete sense since it is just a way for you to remember the words). A tip you can use is to split the word into many parts so that it is easier to make up a pattern. Try to start associating the words with things you see or use frequently.
