GCET 2023 Exam Pattern

The official GCET exam schedule for 2023 has been issued by DTE Goa. The candidates would be able to understand the format of the entrance exam through the exam pattern. The GCET 2023 will be administered using paper and pencil. Each paper will include 225 questions, and the applicants will have two hours to answer them. The GCET 2023 syllabus will serve as the basis for all of the questions.

What is the GCET, and what are the requirements to take the admission exam?

The Goa Common Entrance Test is another name for the GCET (Goa CET). A state-level entrance exam is the GCET. For admission to professional degree programmes in engineering provided at different colleges in Goa, it is administered by DTE Goa. Candidates may take the Goa CET 2023 offline entrance exam if they have successfully completed their 12th grade with at least a 45 percent grade from the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination. A candidate can enroll in Goa engineering institutes by passing the GCET entrance exam.

What is the expected length of the GCET exam?

The three sections of the GCET entrance exam are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each of the three segments’ question papers will be available for the applicant to complete in two hours. Does the GCET admission exam need math?

All applicants for the GCET 2023 must have earned a passing grade in the 12th grade or an equivalent exam from a recognised board.
