A notification has been released by Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) for the recruitment to the position of Librarian Grade-3 for the Rajasthan Education Department. Those interested and eligible can apply for the vacancies by visiting the official website rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in or recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in from 26 May to 25 June.

According to the RSMSSB Librarian Grade 3 Recruitment 2022 Notification there are 460 Librarian posts in the Rajasthan Education Department.

RSMSSB Librarian Grade 3 Eligibility criteria & Age limit

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science or a Diploma in Library and Information Science. The candidates must also have knowledge of Devanagari Lipi & Rajasthani Culture.

The age of the candidate should be between 18-40 years as on 1 January, 2023. For reserved category, the upper age limit can be relaxed.

Interested and eligible applicants can apply for the position from 26 May to 24 June 2022. The application form should be downloaded for future reference.

Selection procedure

A written examination will be held by RSMSSB in September 2022. Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of documents.

Application fee

The unreserved/BC/EBC will have to pay a fee of Rs 450.

The candidates belonging to BC/EBC/EWS categories have to pay Rs 350.

The SC/ST candidates will have to pay the fee of Rs 250.
