UGC NET Exam Pattern
The UGC NET Exam comprises two papers: Paper I, Teaching & Research Aptitude, and Paper II, Subject Specific.
UGC NET papers 1 and 2 will have 300 marks with a total duration of 3 hours. UGC NET Paper 1 will have 100 marks, and paper 2 will have a total of 200 marks.
For each correct answer in both papers, candidates will be awarded 2 marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect responses. No marks will be awarded for questions left blank or unanswered.
