The UGC NET History Syllabus consists of all aspects of Indian History and spans prehistory, the ancient era, mediaeval India, and modern India, which includes the National Movement and the period following independence. Given the scope and depth of Indian history, it has been carefully researched and divided into ten units for UGC NET Exam.
There are two papers in UGC NET History Syllabus 2023: Paper 1 and Paper 2. These papers will be conducted in a single 3-hour session (no break between the papers).
