Gujarat Common Entrance Test abbreviated as GUJCET is a state level offline entrance exam conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) for aspirants seeking admission to Engineering and Medical Institutes in the state of Gujarat. The GSEB 2018 notification for GUJCET 2018 application was released on 20th February 2018 on the official website of GUJCET i.e. gseb.org.

GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2018

Before applying for GUJCET 2018 examination and filling the application form, candidates must check the GUJCET eligibility criteria and check if they satisfy all the conditions. The eligibility criteria for GUJCET 2018 is given in the points mentioned below.

  • Applicants must be an Indian citizen.
  • Candidates should be a resident of Gujarat. Candidates with bonafide residents of Gujarat, but not staying in the state are also eligible.
  • Applicants should have passed 10+2 exam from GSEB (Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board) or any other equivalent board.
  • Candidates of science stream who will be appearing for their Class 12 exam in 2018 are also eligible to apply.

GUJCET 2018 Application Form

The GUJCET 2018 Application Form can be filled online on the official website of GUJCET. Candidates who are willing to appear for the exam must read the instructions for submission of the GUJCET application form before applying for the exam. The steps to apply for GUJCET 2018 is given below.

Step 1: Candidates should obtain a DD of Rs. 300 in favor of  “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar”. After depositing the application fee in the designated help centers candidates will be provided with a User ID.

Step 2: Login with the given USER ID and register for the examination after providing name, phone number, and email-id.

Step 3: Fill all the details required like, personal data, contact number, board, and school, etc.  

Step 4: Candidates should now upload the scanned photocopy of their signature and photograph in the required specification.

Step 5: Submit and take a printout for further reference.

GUJCET Admit Card 2018

The GUJCET 2018 Admit Card is the most important document that candidates must carry in the exam center. After successfully registering for the exam, candidates can download the GUJCET Admit Card 2018 from the official website. The steps to download the admit card is given in the points below.

  1. Visit the GUJCET official website.
  2. Click on the link – “GUJCET Admit Card 2018”.
  3. Enter the application number and the date of birth.
  4. Click the “Submit” button.
  5. The GUJCET 2018 Admit card will appear on the screen.
  6. Download and take a printout.
