HPCET Application Form 2023

HPCET 2023 application form can be filled on the official website of Himachal Pradesh Technical University. The application form for HPCET 2023 was released online on March 21, 2023. The last date to apply for HPCET 2023 is April 23, 2023. All the candidates who are applying for the exams must make sure to fulfill the eligibility criteria. They are advised to read the instructions provided in the brochure carefully before filling the application. The authorities have all rights to reject the application form which are invalid. Candidates who aspire to pursue B.Tech course in the various institutions of the state, scoring well in the HPCET 2023 exam is a must.

Steps to fill HPCET 2023 Application Form

In order to keep the application process smooth, students have to keep a few things handy. The documents which contain information of education and bank account details for payment of fees have to be kept ready. The scanned images of signature and photograph have to be uploaded according to the required specifications.

Step 1 – Registration/ Create account

Candidates have to fill the details given below in the “Account Registration Form” that will appear on your screen

• Name
• Username
• Password
• Confirm Password
• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Contact Number

An application form which is system generated will appear on the screen. The user name and application number will be sent to the email ID. The applicants should make a note or keep a strong username and password for further reference.

Step 2 – Fill Application Form

Click on the Login button and enter the username, application number and password. To fill the application form enter the details given below

• Name
• Father’s and Mother’s Name
• Nationality
• Aadhaar Card Number
• Programme Applied for
• Exam Centre
• Category and Sub category
• Qualifying Exam details
• Permanent Address
• Correspondence Address

Click on th Save and Continue button.

Step 3 – Upload Photograph and Signature

In this step, candidates should upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature. Browse the photograph and signature in the necessary size/dimension and format given in the brochure. Once the images are attached, click on the upload button.

Step 4 – Confirmation

The next step of HPCET 2023 is confirmation. The application form which is filled appears on the screen and two options such as edit or submit and go for payment are given to the candidates. If any changes are required to be made on the application, click on the edit button, whereas if everything is correct go for the payment.

Step 5 – Fees Payment

Once the details filled in the form are confirmed, the candidates will be redirected automatically to the fees payment page. Two different payment modes are available and the links will be given below

• Offline link to generate PNB challan
• Online fee payment link

Select the payment mode according to your convenience and make the payment to finish the HPCET Application Form 2023.

HPCET 2023 Application Fee

The mode of payment of HPCET 2023 application fee is either through netbanking/ debit card/ credit card or E-challan. The application fee for all the categories is given in the table below
