The themes that make up the 30 articles of the UDHR are 

1. Freedom from exploitation: the right to asylum, freedom from torture, free speech and education.
2. Civil and political rights: the right to life, liberty, free speech and privacy.
3. Economic, social and cultural rights: the right to social security, health and education.
