The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations abbreviated as CISCE is a private Board of School Education in India which was founded in the year 1958. CISCE is one of the most popular educational board in the country. The board conducts the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) examination every year for Class 10 and Class 12 respectively. CISCE successfully conducted the ICSE and ISC examination for the academic session 2017-2018. The ICSE exams were held from 26th February to 28th March and the ISC exams began from 7th February and ended on 2nd April. The ICSE result and ISC result will be declared on 14th May 2018 at 3:00 p.m. on the official website.

Every year, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) organizes 3 examinations namely, the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) for Class 10 students, the Indian School Certificate (ISC) for Class 12 students and the Certificate in Vocational Education (CVE -Year 12).

Thousands of students appear for ICSE and ISC exam every year making it one of the hardest and competitive board examination in India. Previous year around 1.75 lakh candidates appeared for ICSE exam and 74,000 candidates appeared for the ISC examination. The total pass percentage for ICSE exam was 98.53% whereas it was 96.47% for ISC exam. From this year CISCE reduced the passing percentage for both ISC and ICSE examination. The passing percentage for ICSE or Class 10 examination will be 33% marks instead of 35% and ISC students will now require 35% marks to pass instead of 40%.

ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) has been designed to provide all students with an examination in a course of general education following the New Education policy 1986. The examination is conducted for Class 10 students. The ICSE syllabus includes 7 subjects out of which 4 subjects are compulsory, and 3 have a choice of subjects. The ICSE 2018 exam was conducted from 26th February to 28th March and the ICSE Class 10 result 2018 will be declared on 14th May 2018.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CISCE i.e. cisce.org.

Step 2: Click on the link “Results 2018”.

Step 3: Select the course as ICSE and enter the UID Number and Captcha code.

Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button.

Step 5: The ICSE 10th result will be displayed.

Step 6: Download and take a printout.

ISC Result 2018

The Indian School Certificate (ISC) exam is conducted for students who are in their 12th standard. The examination is conducted in English medium. The ISC 2018 exam was successfully conducted from 7th February to 2nd April 2018. The ISC Result 2018 will be declared on 14th May 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
