JEE Main 2020 Admit Card Release Date Postponed

Update: Amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis, NTA has now decided to further delay the release of the JEE Main admit card for the April session. As per the official notice, the admit card will be issued after 31st, March 2020 only. 

National Testing Agency (NTA) was supposed to release JEE Main 2020 April Exam Admit Card on 16th March 2020. However, this was not the case. The date for the release of the admit cards has reportedly been shifted to a new date. This has been reported by several media agencies as well.

Basically, the JEE Main 2020 Admit Card for the upcoming exam will be released in the next few days. If we look at the details provided in the official information brochure, NTA will issue the admit cards on 20th March 2020. 

The hall tickets will be released on the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in. It will be only available online. Therefore candidates will have to visit the exam portal to download the hall ticket.

The JEE Main 2020 admit card is an important document that candidates have to carry and present it to the exam official for gaining entry into the hall.  

Furthermore, candidates have to make sure that their hall ticket contains all the important and correct details. They should carefully verify the details given in the JEE Main April Admit Card 2020. The details include; 

• Name
• Date of birth
• Exam application number and other personal details. 

Candidates should also check details about the exam centre, exam schedule, and other details.

Steps to Download JEE Main Admit Card

– Visit the official website – jeemain.nic.in.

– Click on the link for the admit card.

– You will be redirected to a new page.

– Register with user ID and password.

– The admit card will be displayed.

– Download and take a print out of the admit card.
