NEET PG Counselling 2017: Tentative Dates Available At Official Website

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG) 2017, the process of registration for online counselling will start from 3rd July.  The online schedule for counselling for the All India Quota Seats has been notified on the official site mcc.nic.in.  In addition to this, the seats for the all India 50 per cent quota has been published on the site.

Eligibility Criteria

The aspirants have to score a minimum of 50 per cent in the test for gaining admission to the Post Graduate (PG) programmes. As per the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS)/MoHFW, Government of India guidelines, a large number of candidates who have cleared test can take part in online counselling. 

Exam Paper Pattern

The exam was conducted on Computer-Based manner with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) numbering 300 drawn from the curriculum of MBBS that are taught in the medical colleges across the country framed by the Graduate Medical Education Regulation.

Exam Alert: From the 2017 admission session, no other exam conducted by institutions or state level conducted by institutions or medical colleges would be valid as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
