  • Qualifying Subjects: Students must have passed the qualifying exam in Physics, English, and Maths along with anyone from the Biotechnology/Biology or technical vocational course.

M.Tech Course:

  • Exam Qualification: From any recognised board or university, candidates must have obtained B.Tech/B.E or AIME degree.
  • Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secured 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Age limit: There is no age limit for M.Tech. course.
