Solution

Flatworms:

  1. Flatworms are bilaterally symmetrical, triploblastic animals that belong to the phylum Platyhelminthes.
  2. Coelomate animals possess a coelom (body cavity) that is lined by mesoderm.
  3. Flatworms are not coelomates. They don't have a body cavity; hence called acoelomates.
  4. They have an incomplete digestive system, with only one opening.
  5. These organisms do not have a fluid-filled cavity between the digestive tract and the body wall.
