Solution
Cytokinin:
Cytokinin is a phytohormone or a plant growth regulator hormone.
It plays a role in the cytokinesis of cell division.
It helps to promote mitotic cell division and positively regulates cell division.
Apart from this, it also controls the cell cycle at the cell cycle checkpoints- both at the G1/S and G2/M transitions.
