Solution

The correct option is D trypsinogen into trypsin
Trypsinogen is present in an inactive form in the pancreatic juice. The enterokinase enzyme secreted by the intestinal mucosa converts inactive trypsinogen to active trypsin.

Trypsin in turn activates the other enzymes in the pancreatic juice.

Trypsin is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks the long chainlike molecules of proteins into shorter fragments (peptides).

The enzyme rennin (chymosin) curdles milk by transforming caseinogen into insoluble casein (milk protein).

Pepsinogen is secreted by the gastric glands of the stomach. The inactive pepsinogen is converted into active pepsin by HCl. Pepsin is a protein-digesting enzyme.
