  3. It is responsible for maintaining the metabolism, mood and temperature of the body.
  4. T3 is formed by coupling a monoiodotyrosine and a diiodotyrosine.
  5. It is responsible for maintaining metabolism of the body, functions of heart and digestive system, brain development and muscle control.
