Photosynthesis can be influenced by several factors. Some of these factors are light intensity, temperature, water supply, the concentration of carbon dioxide. If the temperature and light intensity is too high or low, there is an immediate decline in the rate of photosynthesis. Water supply and availability of essential m minerals too plant an important role and affect the photosynthetic rate in terrestrial plants.
