Solution

DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid):

  1. The majority of D.N.A is kept in the nucleus, a small compartment within the cell.
  2. A small portion of it is also found in another compartment known as the mitochondrion.
  3. The location of DNA depends on the type of organism.
  4. If the organism is a prokaryote, such as a bacterium or an archaebacterium, the DNA is stored in the cell's cytoplasm.
  5. The cytoplasm is everything inside a cell for prokaryotes.
  6. The nucleus is one of these organelles that stores the majority of a eukaryote's DNA
  7. DNA can be found in three organelles, as previously stated: the nucleus, the mitochondrion, and the chloroplast.
  8. Eukaryotes are the only organisms that have a nucleus, which is a large structure surrounded by a membrane.
  9. Nuclear DNA is composed of long, linear pieces of DNA known as chromosomes.
