In systemic circulation, the oxygenated blood from left ventricle flows to whole body and comes back through the veins to the right atrium. In pulmonary circulation, the deoxygenated blood from right ventricle goes to the lungs and come back to left atrium.
In case of shark, frog and lizard, there aren't separate pathways for oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.
