Neet Ug 2021 Challenging Answer Keys Recorded Responses Display Of Omr

NEET-UG 2021 took place on 12th September 2021 across 3858 cities. The NTA (National Testing Agency) has uploaded provisional answer keys and the recorded responses too in addition to the scanned copies of the OMR answer sheets for NEET 2021. Those candidates who are interested in challenging, can check out the same on the official website for NEET. The procedure for the same is as discussed below.

Candidates can check their registered email address, as a scanned copy of the OMR answer sheet has been shared already. Any candidate, who has an objection to the recorded responses or answer key(s), can choose to challenge it. The procedure has been shared herewith.

The processing fee can be made through DebitCard/Credit Card/Net

Banking/Paytm upto 17th October (upto 10:00 P.M.). Challenges will not be entertained without any receipt of the online processing fee. Also, challenges will not be accepted via any other mode except the online mode.

The challenges raised by candidates shall be verified by the team of subject-matter experts. If it is found that the challenge is valid and correct, answer keys shall be accordingly revised. The key, which is finalized by experts post the challenges, shall be taken as final. On the basis of the revised final answer keys, results are organized and announced. Candidates shall not be informed of the acceptance/non-acceptance of their challenges.

Also note that challenges will not be entertained after 17 October 2021 (09:00 P.M.).

Challenging NEET Answer Keys – Procedure

  • Visit official website
  • Click on ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge (s)’
  • Choose your test booklet code
  • Using application number, date of birth, security pin, login, enter details and submit
  • You will find questions in sequential order, 50+50+50+50 Questions – Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology
  • The number next to the question under the column named – ‘Correct Option’ is for the apt answer key, which is used by the NTA
  • In case you want to challenge the option, you can use any option provided in the adjacent four columns by ticking the checkbox
  • Go for the ‘Choose File’ option to upload supporting documents
  • After selecting your option for different subject of NEET 2021, move to the next screen by selecting ‘Save your Claim’
  • A screen that displays your challenges is displayed
  • Select ‘Save your Claim’ and pay Fee
  • Pick the mode of payment and pay a fee of ₹1000/- for each question challenged
  • Download or print the answer key challenge receipt once payment is successful

Challenging Answer Sheet Grading and Recorded Responses – Procedure

  • Visit the official website
  • Using application number, date of birth, security pin, login, enter details and submit
  • In the left pane, select the “OMR challenge” and click on the OMR challenge link
  • You will find questions in sequential order, 50+50+50+50 Questions – Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology
  • Pick those questions which you desire to challenge the recorded response
  • The number adjacent to the question under the column ‘Captured Response as per OMR Sheet’ is for the option selected by the candidates in the OMR answer sheet
  • On selecting a question to challenge, three options will be visible in the column ‘Candidate’s Claim’
  • In case you wish to challenge this option, use the options provided in the ‘Candidate’s Claim’ column
  • Once you select your option for subjects of NEET, scroll down to submit and proceed to the next screen
  • Screen displaying your challenges is visible
  • Submit and pay the fee
  • Select the payment mode and make the payment of ₹ 200/- for each question/grade challenged
  • Download or print the receipt once payment is successful
