CSIR NET 2022 exam schedule released; exam from Sep 16

The CSIR UGC NET 2022 exam will be held online and the admit cards will be available on 13 September 2022.
In its latest notice, NTA has announced the CSIR NET 2022 exam schedule. The exams are scheduled from 16 September 2022 to 18 September 2022. Candidates can visit the official website of NTA, csirnet.nta.nic.in, to view the official notice. The admit cards and the city intimation slip will be released on 13 September 2022 and 10 September 2022 respectively.
On 16 September 2022, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences Physical Sciences exams will be conducted from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and Mathematical Sciences exam will be conducted from, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On 17 September 2022, the Life Sciences exam will be conducted in two shifts i.e from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On 18 September 2022, the Chemical Sciences exam will be conducted from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
The CSIR UGC NET 2022 exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The questions will be of objective type and the duration will be 3 hours. Each exam will have three parts, Part-A, Part-B, and Part-C with individual cutoffs. There will be negative markings for each wrong answer. The exam will be conducted in English as well as in Hindi medium. Candidates opting for the English medium will get questions in English only, whereas candidates opting for the Hindi medium will be getting questions in both English and Hindi medium.
Prior to the declaration of the results, the candidate’s recorded responses will be uploaded to the NTA website. After that, the provisional answer keys will be uploaded to the website which can be challenged by the candidates by paying a fee of Rs 200 per challenge. The answer key challenge procedure will also be published by the NTA. The final answer key along with the results will be uploaded shortly after that.
