The Universities Grants Commission has issued a public notice, notifying the candidates to not take admissions to the Bible Open University of India, Visakhapatnam. UGC notified that this university has not been established through central laws, state laws and standalone institutions, hence it cannot offer any courses.
Also, the above-mentioned violations are clearly violating the UGC Act 1956.
