The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) started the online registration for its online courses on 29 July 2022. The registration will end on 31 August 2022. The virtual classes for the courses are scheduled to begin on 15 September 2022. The courses will go on till the month of February 2023.
The certification courses are offered for Securities Law, Forensic Audit, Independent Director, FEMA, Certified CSR Professional, Goods and Tax Services, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, and Commercial Contract Management.
For eligibility criteria for each course, candidates must go through the official notification regarding online courses.

The application process for ICSI Online Certificate Course
- Go to the ICSI website, icsi.edu.
- Next, under the student tab click on the “courses offered” tab.
- Next, click on the “certificate courses” tab.
- Next, click on the registration link for the course.
- Next, fill in the personal information and then click on the “submit” tab.
- Now the login credentials quill be sent to your mobile number and email address.
- Log in with those credentials to complete your registration process.
