The Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA) has announced the tentative KCET 2022 counselling dates for Engineering, Architecture, and Farm Sciences(Veterinary, Agriculture, etc) admissions. The choice filling process for eligible candidates will start on 7 October 2022(6:00 pm) and conclude on 11 October 2022(4:00 pm). The mock allotment results will be published on 13 October 2022 after 2:00 pm.
Candidates who are unhappy with their allotment can change or rearrange their choices between 13 and 15 October 2022. Final allotment results will be declared on 17 October 2022. Candidates have to pay the tuition fees and download their admission orders between 19 October 2022 to 21 October 2022(4:00 pm).
Candidates have to report to their allotted colleges with their original document along with their admission order by 22 October 2022(5:30 pm). Candidates can visit the official website of KEA,cetonline.karnataka.gov.in to participate in the counselling process.
Before the choice filling process starts, the fee structure and seat matrix of different colleges will be displayed on 7 October 2022(2:00 pm).
Previously, KEA announced the revised KCET 2022 results on 1 October 2022 after much debate with the Karnataka High court and KCET 2022 qualified candidates.
Ineligible candidate's document verification for KCET 2022 counselling
The document verification process will be conducted for the following ineligible candidates from 7 to 8 October 2022:
- Candidates whose years of study are less than 7 years in Karnataka, claiming seat allotment in KCET 2022 counselling.
- Candidates whose years of study are less than 10 years in Karnataka, claiming Kannada medium reservation.
- Candidates whose years of study are less than 10 years in Karnataka, claiming rural study reservation.
- Candidates whose parents have less than 7 years of education in Karnataka state, claiming seat allotment in KCET 2022 counselling.
The list of ineligible candidates falling under the above categories will be published by KEA on 6 October 2022 after 1:00 pm.
