MH CET Law Counselling 2022 final merit released; Seat Allocation result to be declared on 15 Oct, 2022

The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law, final merit list. The category-wise merit list has been released for MS (Maharashtra State), OMS (All India Category) and J&K (Jammu and Kashmir).

MH CET Law Counselling 2022: Candidates who appeared for MHT CET 5-year LLB 2022 can now visit the the official website of State CET Cell, Maharashtra, llb5cap22.mahacet.or, to check and download the final merit list for MHT CET 5-year LLB 2022. The cell has released a category- wise merit list for students who belong to MS (Maharashtra State), OMS (All India Category) and J&K (Jammu and Kashmir).

According to the information mentioned on the official notification, the seat allocation result will be issued on October 15, 2022. Outlined below are steps that can be referred to while downloading the MH CET 5-year LLB final merit list.

  • In order to download the merit list, candidates need to visit the official website of CET, llb5cap22.mahacet.org.
  • On the homepage, check the notification box and find the relevant link for the final merit list.
  • Click on the link.
  • The merit list will open in pdf format.
  • Candidates need to scroll down the list to find their details.
  • Download it and save it for further reference.

MH CET 5-year LLB final merit list consists of details like CAP application number, candidates name, gender, category, type of candidature, CET marks and merit number. A total of 9,843 candidates are under MS category, whereas 1,767 candidates belong to OMS category and a total of 2 candidates are from J&K category. Candidates will be allocated seats on the basis of merit cum preference. As per the information received a total of 2,234 candidates have not been considered for merit list.

Till now, a total of 132 law colleges and universities across the state of Maharashtra are affiliated with MH CET law 2022 scores. As per the information received 10,719 seats are offered in BA LLB, BBA LLB and BLS LLB via MH CET law counselling 2022.

The schedule released earlier, states that the second round of counselling will commence from October 20, 2022. Candidates who could not secure admission in their preferred choice of college in the first round or have a non-zero CET score, are eligible to appear for the second round.
