MHT CET 2022 CAP Round 1 provisional seat allotment result declared; CAP round 2 to commence on 22 Oct

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the provisional allotment result for Centralised Admission Process (CAP) round 1. Candidates need to accept the seat by October 21, 2022.

MHT CET 2022 CAP Round 1: The provisional seat allotment result has been declared by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. Candidates who registered for Centralised Admission Process (CAP) round 1 can now visit the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, to download the allotment result.

As per the schedule released, candidates have time till 3 pm on October 21, 2022 to download and accept the seats that have been offered by the university. Candidates will have to report to their respective colleges by 5 pm on October 20, 2022. CAP round 2 will start on October 22, 2022.

How to check the MHT CET 2022 CAP Round 1 seat allotment result?

  1. The result is available on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
  2. On the homepage, click on the B.E./B.Tech section, which will be available on the left-hand side.
  3. Then click on the relevant link for provisional allotment status.
  4. The link will direct the candidates to the login page.
  5. On the login page, feed in the required login credentials.
  6. Check all the information mentioned on the result card.
  7. Download it and take a printout for further reference.

Students have been allotted seats on the basis of their first preference in Round I (auto-frozen). Candidates must note that they will have to pay the admission fees while reporting to the university.

As per the information mentioned on the official website, candidates need to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 1,000 through online mode, i.e., through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
