According to the guidelines released, the candidates who are applying through MHT CET exam are exempted from paying the application fees, whereas candidates who are registering through JEE Main will have to pay the application fees.
The application fee in the case of candidates who belong to the general category or are not natives of Maharashtra or are children of Indian workers in Gulf countries is Rs. 800. If the candidate belongs to a reserved category from Maharashtra State or is with a disability and belongs to Maharashtra, then the application fee is Rs 600.
