The application forms for the post of Material Assistant has been released by the Army Ordnance Corps, Ministry of Defence. The ministry aims to recruit a total of 419 candidates through this recruitment drive.

Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2022: Army Ordnance Corps, Ministry of Defence has started inviting registrations for the post of Material Assistant posts. The application forms are available at the official website, aocrecruitment.gov.in.

As per the information mentioned on the official website, the deadline to apply for the post is within 21 days from the publication of the advertisement in the employment news. The recruitment drive is being conducted in order to recruit a total of 419 posts in the organisation.

As per the guidelines released, candidates who have secured a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a Diploma in Material Management and Engineering in any Discipline from any recognised university are eligible to apply for the post.

The maximum age limit for a seat by the ministry is 27 years, whereas the minimum age limit is 18 years. Candidates who will clear the recruitment test, will be shortlisted for the post. Candidates who will be shortlisted will be recommended for the post. The final offer will be made after the document verification round.

Candidates must note that the ministry will accept applications only after mandatory online registration. The registration will be conducted via different OTP based authentication numbers which will be shared on registered Mobile and email ID.
