MPBSE announces exam dates for MP Board Exams 2023 for classes 10 and 12; Exams to commence from 13 Feb

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, MPBSE has announced the dates for MP Board Exams 2023 for classes 10 and 12. The board will issue a subject-wise timetable for theory exams soon.

MPBSE: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, MPBSE has issued the dates for MP Board Exams 2023 for classes 10 and 12. The exam dates have been announced for both the theory and practical exams. As per the information received, the examinations have been scheduled to commence on February 13, 2023, and then continue till March 25, 2023.

The MP board practical exams for classes 10 and 12 are scheduled to be held from February 13 to March 20, 2023, whereas the theoretical examinations are slated to be conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2023. The board will issue a subject-wise timetable for theory exams soon. The MPBSE exam timetable 2023 PDF will be published online at mpbse.nic.in.

MPBSE: Steps to download the MP Board's 10th and 12th Time Tables 2023?

The steps mentioned below are those through which the candidates will be able to download the timetable, which will be issued in pdf format.

  1. Go to the official website of the MP board, mpbse.nic.in.
  2. Click on the ‘Timetable’ tab, which will be available on the homepage.
  3. Then click on "MPBSE class 10 timetable" or "MPBSE class 12 timetable" to check the class 10 and 12 timetables respectively.
  4. Check the details mentioned on the timetable properly.
  5. Download it and take a printout

As per the information received, this year the board is expected to not follow the best of five rules, i.e., in case a student fails in 1 subject out of 6, then he/she won’t be promoted to the next class. From this year onwards, class 10 students will be permitted to subscribe to at least 3 languages from the prescribed language subjects.

In 2021, a total of 629381 students appeared for class 12 examinations, out of which 457066 successfully cleared the examination, whereas in the case of class 10 pass percentage, it stood at 56.84 percent. A total of 3,555,371 could not pass the examination. Candidates require at least 33% passing marks on each exam in order to clear the examination.
