The state education minister of Rajasthan, Bulaki Das Kalla has announced that the government is planning to recruit 10,000 English-medium teachers for Mahatma Gandhi English medium schools. The teachers will be hired on contractual basis.
Rajasthan Recruitment 2022: According to the information received, the Rajasthan government is all set to recruit 10,000 English-medium teachers for Mahatma Gandhi English-medium schools that are located in rural areas. The announcement was made by state education minister Bulaki Das Kalla.
In his announcement, the state education minister stated that the teachers will be recruited on the basis of contractual hiring in Rajasthan. The hiring will be done according to the rules stated in the Civil Posts Rules, 2022.
As of now, the state is planning to recruit a total of 10,000 for the contractual posts. A total of 7,140 vacancies have been posted for the post of assistant teacher (level 1), while 1,430 mathematics teachers and 1,430 general subject teachers will be recruited for the post of assistant teacher (level 2).
The per-month salary of Rs 16,900 will be given to these teachers. Once the service period is completed, these teachers will be offered higher designations and salaries.
The notification added that on completion of their service period, these teachers will be provided with higher designations and salaries. Teachers who are working as assistant teachers (level 2, pay grade 1) will be given Rs 29,600 after the completion of a nine-month service period.
As per the guidelines released, the honorarium will be given at a 5% rate, which will be rounded off to the next 100 as two additional increments are added. For more details, candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website.
