Earlier, the deadline to apply for the application process was October 8, 2022.

The commission won’t accept the applications once the last date to submit the applications has passed. According to the schedule released, candidates can make the application fee payment through an online portal by 11 p.m. on October 14, 2022. As per the information received, through this recruitment drive, the commission aims to recruit a total of 20,000 candidates. Eligibility Criteria for SSC CGL Recruitment 2022
- Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer post: A bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute is required for candidates.Those with a degree in Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics will be preferred.
- For Junior Statistical Officer: Candidates require a bachelor’s degree in any subject from a university or institute that has been recognised by the government. Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in Mathematics in their 12th standard or have Statistics as a subject in their bachelor’s degree.
- Other posts: Candidates must have secured a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
