The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the final results for the Stenographer grade C and D examination, 2019. Candidates can access and download their results from the official website.
The commission announced the skill test result on 7 April 2022 after which selected candidates were called for the document verification round, which is the last round of the recruitment process. The commission has now published the list of candidates who are eligible for the appointment after the Document Verification round.
“Allocation of Posts and Departments to the qualified candidates has been made on the basis of merit-cum ‘order of preference’ of ‘Posts/Departments’ exercised by the candidates at the time of Document Verification,” reads the SSC notification.
The result also consists of the cut-off scores for appointments to different posts. The tie has been made where in the Computer Based Examination (CBE) two candidates have scored equal aggregate marks. The following are the procedures for making a tie:
1. Marks scored in Part-I (General Intelligence & Reasoning)
2. Marks scored in Part-II (General Awareness)
3. Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher
4. Alphabetical order in which names of the candidates appear
In case a candidate is selected but has not received any confirmation from the Commission/ concerned User Department even 1 year after the result declaration, he or she should inform the User Department immediately.
Marks of the selected and non-selected candidates will be accessible on the website of the Commission, from 31.05.2022 to 21.06.2022.
