IIT Madras releases hall ticket for HSEE 2022

The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras has released admit cards for the Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) 2022. Candidates can visit the official website, https://hsee.iitm.ac.in/ to download their hall tickets. The HSEE 2022 will be held in online mode on July 31, 2022. The medium of the exam is English and the duration will be 3 hours. There will be two papers for the exam Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 will have MCQs from different subjects (English and Comprehension Skill, Environment and Ecology, Analytical and Quantitative Ability, and General Studies) for which candidates will get two and half hours to solve. Part 2 is a descriptive type paper where the candidates will have to write an essay on the given topic. Time allotted to write the paper will be half an hour. There will be no negative marking in this entrance exam. The HSEE 2022 is conducted for admission into the integrated Master of Arts program offered by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Madras with an intake capacity of 58 seats. This program is of 5 years. The eligibility criteria for appearing in HSEE 2022 is 60% score in 12th board exam for general and OBC category candidates, whereas a 55% score is required for SC/ST candidates. The result will be declared on 17 August 2022.

Steps to download HSEE 2022 admit card

Go to the official website of IIT Madras hsee.iitm.ac.in.
Click on the HSEE 2022 admit card link on the website's home page.
You will be directed to a new page, where you need to enter your login details to access your admit card.
Download the digital copy of the admit card and take a printout for the examination day.

When you enter the exam hall, you must carry this admit card and valid ID proof of yourself.
