University of Mumbai has started the much awaited admission process for the students who want to get enrolled in various five-years integrated programmes offered by the university. The registration process started on 9 June 2022. In order to apply for the courses of their choice, candidates have to apply through the admission portal which is available on the official website, https://mu.ac.in/.

The sale of the applications will happen both in online and offline mode, candidates can use either of the ways to apply for the courses of their choice. The deadline to submit the form is June 20, 2022. Interested students have time till 1p.m June 20, 2022 for the pre-admission enrollment, either they can do it via offline mode or online mode, according to the information available on the official notification shared by the university.

Every year Mumbai University releases admission forms for students who want to get enrolled in several courses like Integrated Course in German Studies, Account, Investment Management, Banking and Insurance, Human Science and many more which the university offers.

It is mandatory for the Candidates to submit Online submission of admission forms along with pre-enrolment forms. As mentioned above the application acceptance portal will be open from June 10 to 1 pm of June 20, 2022. According to the information issued in-house admissions and minority quota admissions will be completed during this period only, therefore candidates should keep this thing in mind. It has also been reported that colleges have decided to provide an online admission system in order to avoid the physical presence of students, where the change has come due to covid-19.

The link for pre-admission online enrolment forms is also available on the official website of the university. Recently Maharashtra State board of education announced the results of class 12, according to which overall pass percentage for 2022 board exams was 94.22%. The decision to start the admission process has been taken, considering the release of the result of the students which was issued on 8 June 2022. As per the result announced, Konkan district of Maharashtra has acquired the first position in the list of district-wise highest overall pass percentage. Girls have outperformed boys this year in all streams, i.e., Science, Commerce and Arts. 24 subjects out of 153 subjects saw 100% results.
