Candidates can check their roll numbers under their respective branches (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering), which have been officially released in the form of a PDF file.

Check your UPSC ESE Mains Result 2022 by following the below mentioned process

  1. Visit the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.
  2. Click on the written results tab.
  3. Now, a new page will open where the result is uploaded in the form of a PDF file.
  4. Click on the uploaded file to open it.
  5. The PDF file consists of important instructions regarding the main results and interview schedule.
  6. At the end of the file, the shortlisted candidate’s roll numbers are mentioned under their respective engineering branches.

Important instructions provided by the UPSC

In the results PDF file, there are some important instructions provided by the UPSC which are as follows:
  1. The results published are provisional.
  2. The eligibility of candidates is based on the information provided during the online registration process of the exam. The relevant eligibility documents will be verified on the day of the interview.
  3. The shortlisted candidates need to fill up the detailed application form(DAF), which will be made available to the candidates online from 5 August 2022 to 17 August 2022 (6:00 pm) on the UPSC website.
  4. The interview schedule will be uploaded on the UPSC website in a short period of time.
  5. The mark sheets of the non-qualified candidates will be uploaded after the end of the personal interview round. These mark sheets will be available for the next 30 days.
  6. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the UPSC interview hall.
