The interview schedule along with the modified travel fare reimbursement conditions has been issued by the UPSC for UPSC ESE Interview 2022 appearing candidates on 21 September 2022.
As per the schedule, the personality tests will be conducted from 7 October 2022 to 15 December 2022 for the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & E&T Branch of Engineering Services Examination, 2022. Candidates can download the official notice regarding interviews and travel fare reimbursement conditions from UPSC website,upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC ESE Mains 2022 results were declared on 3 August 2022. The e-summon letters for UPSC will be available shortly in the e-summon portal of UPSC.
Travel fare reimbursement conditions for UPSC ESE Interview 2022
- The lowest available airfare must be booked by the candidates from the authorized travel agents namely: IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation), M/s Balmer Lawrie & Co, and M/s Ashoka Travels & Tours.
- Candidates must book their tickets 21 days in advance of their scheduled interviews to get low-fare tickets.
- On the basis of addresses provided by the candidates in the DAF, the nearest airports will be determined.
- Candidates have to submit hard copies of their train and air tickets along with the TA claim form(available on the UPSC website), for travel expenses claim.
- No reimbursement will be provided for the candidates who book tickets from sources other than the authorized sources mentioned in point 1.
If any of the conditions mentioned are violated, no reimbursement will be given.
